we had a fantastic short break in funchal, madeira. having stayed at their sister hotel before, we were pleasantly surprised by musa d'ajuda. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. we particularly enjoyed the three pools and the delicious breakfast.

Great location near shopping center, beautiful walkway to city center. Cheap rates, wifi in room, near bus stops for airport and public transport. Helpful staff, comfortable and clean room with nice balcony view. Good bus services to town, nice local restaurants.

Nothing is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with a big shopping center just 300m away. The hotel also provided easy access to transportation, with the aerobus stopping nearby. The swimming pool was nice and the breakfast had a lot of choices, including delicious croissants and an abundance of fruits. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Additionally, our room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a great bonus.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel that offers fully equipped kitchen and scrumptious breakfast for a perfect holiday. The location is convenient, with a supermarket and shopping centre within 5 minutes walking. The staff were polite and made us feel welcomed during our stay.

The walk to the beach takes 30 minutes and is not ideal for those wanting to spend their time on the sand. The air-conditioning was not effective and we had to open the windows, but the noise from the cars outside made it difficult to sleep at night.
